General Questions

A: Yes, stoles can be shipped. However, a shipping charge will be added to your order.
A: Yes, please contact 615-295-8619 to arrange local pick up. All local pick-ups will take place in Nashville,TN.
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is a problem.
A: Rush order services must be made at least 7 days in advance (Friday-Sunday not included); please click the rush fee option. Stole the Spotlight withholds the right to decline any rush fee orders. Please note that any design changes or payment delays may cause delays in receiving the product.
A: Stole the Spotlight is a custom-based business; there are no refunds or exchanges as all items are custom-made for you!

Stoles

A: Orders must be placed at least 10-14 business days in advance, Friday-Sunday not included. However, the turnaround date will ultimately be based on the customer's deadline. Please note that any design changes or payment delays may cause delays in receiving the product.
A: All stoles have a base price of $100, including four logos. Services such as glitter trim and split stoles have additional fees. There is also an additional price for additional logos after number four.
